Legal Notice

By using conject Project Control (cPC), you or your company, firm or organisation agree to be bound by the following terms:

• You shall not use cPC in any way that might harm Oracle or its customers, or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You acknowledge that all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the design and contents of cPC are reserved to Oracle and its licensors and that any unauthorised copying of the design or contents, or other unauthorised use will infringe the rights of Oracle and its licensors under international treaty and English law. For the avoidance of doubt, the design and contents refers solely to the design and contents of Oracle software and services, and not to any design owned, or to any content uploaded, by Client or any third party to whom Client provides access. Oracle claims no rights to any design or content owned by its Clients or End Users
• You shall not publish, post, distribute or disseminate personal information on individuals as prohibited under UK and EU data protection law (or other laws that apply within the jurisdiction of use) or any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; or cause abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise breach the legal rights of others
• You shall ensure that you have in place effective systems designed to prevent uploading, emailing or otherwise transmitting to cPC any data containing software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
• You must establish reasonable security precautions, accuracy checks and back up procedures in respect of your data, in accordance with current best practice, to guard against possible unauthorised access, inaccuracy, or loss of your data howsoever caused, in your use of cPC
• You permit Oracle to provide access to any information you place on cPC in relation to a Project, at any time, to any parties properly requiring it in order to participate in that Project
• You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Oracle from any and all losses arising from or in connection with any claim resulting from your breach of the aforementioned obligations.
